Finally! A supercharger kit for the Porsche 911 GT3. Harrop Engineering designed this GT3 supercharger kit for the Porsche 991 generation 4.0 liter GT3 motor. Keep in mind the 991.1 GT3 features a 3.8 liter motor and we do not have confirmation on if this kit is for the entire 991 GT3 generation or just the 4.0 liter motors. ...Published on 12-15-2019 07:52 AM
You likely saw this release over a year ago from Unitronic. All the data still applies and of course the EVO 3-inch 2.5 TFSI EVO/DAZA EA855 inlet makes a large difference in efficiency. Porsche produces all of their 911 Turbo engine blocks out of aluminum. The 997.2 generation switched to aluminum from the classic GT1 (Mezger) iron block and it is aluminum used ever since.
