    • Eurocharged and Spool Performance get over 700 awhp out of a W212 E63 AMG on full E85 and factory M157 turbos

You are going to see various HPFP (High Pressure Fuel Pump) applications from Spool Performance coming to market. Eurocharged tested their FX-150 upgraded HPFP in an M157 5.5 liter twin turbo AMG application and got some impressive results.

Unfortunately, we do not have the full graph but asked @spoolperformance for it.

Jerry at Eurocharged as able to get over 700 awhp on full E85.

Spoolperformance FX-150 hpfp powered e63s putting down some world record numbers @eurochargedhtx .
706whp 782wtq stock turbo car on full e85 tuned by Jerry
706 horsepower and 782 lb-ft torque at the wheels on the factory M157 turbochargers with full E85 and no supplemental fueling is impressive.

Hopefully we can get the full graph but Spool Performance will have M157 AMG FX-150 HPFP applications alongside their M177/M178 HPFP offering.

Awesome used tuning value. There's a 2014 E63S Wagon with only 30,000 miles and asking price was only 39k USD at a dealer near me. Can't wait to see how these HPFP upgrades work with larger turbos.

I heard they have a built motor upgraded turbo setups running these on 100% E85... also received some interesting graphs...

Sticky, would it be possible to get more information on this from the vendor and when it will be available to the public? I looked up the vendor's website and they only show parts for BMWs.

My Renntech tuned ML63 has been going strong for almost 7 years now. I would be down for this and run E85 as long as I can also get the the TCM tune done as well since as of now, the TCM is way too intrusive even at this power level.

They don't have their Mercedes stuff listed just yet. @spoolperformance may be able to answer when it will go live.

this platform is moving along nicely! Once Tcu tuning becomes even more popular they will be moving!
Got a few guys on stock intakes, turbos and stock cats running 680WHP and 10.X @ 130mph.

I hope you're right because the TCU on this platform has been an issue for years. That is the reason why my car is still bone stock.

Here is one of the dyno plots from that tuning session. Jerry was kind enough to give it to me with authorization to share. He was still dialing in the tune at this point, trying to lower the torque value to below 800 lb-ft torque. He hadn't achieved that at this point.

I was told Jerry likes having a lot of torque down low for his own car: https://www.benzboost.com/content.ph...157-on-ethanol

Jerry may like lots of torque, but the TCU sure doesn't. When making my tune he purposely kept the torque under 800 lb-ft. After all the road testing and 1/4 mile launches, I've only had one instance where the torque management called a halt to the festivities... of course we ran with TC off when at the track. The dyno plots shown hear were not final numbers. I believe Jerry has come off the torque somewhat but is still maintaining in excess of 700 awhp... at 18 psi to boot.

Yep. I have those graphs and they look great but was told not to share them.
