        This is interesting and perhaps explains why the G80 M3 is delayed until 2021 instead of debuting as a 2020 model. Hot on the heels of a BMW executive confirming spy pics were accurate a new spy video shows a BMW G80 M3 testing with the traditional kidney grill style.


        Maybe BMW is changing its mind? Maybe only the G22/G82 4-Series will get the vertical style grills? Maybe this doesn't mean anything?

        Getting meaningful information from a spy video is not easy but there you have it a manual transmission G80 M3 testing with G20 grill styling. Exactly what BimmerBoost suggested BMW should do...

          Man I hope so. Those vertical grills are dog$#@! ugly and pointless. They definitely need to rethink that design.

          Not gonna lie though, that Audi wagon looked better through the turn than the M3 LOL.

          I'm guessing it's just one of the older mules that had the smaller grilles before they started testing the new front end and it didnt get the updated front end... yet?

          It's possible, certainly. We don't know.
