The smallest (15T) of the N54 turbo upgrade is rated at maximum 625WHP and the largest turbo upgrade (19T) is rated at 720 WHP with the right supporting modifications. TR provides the best value for your BMW N54 turbo upgrade!

Each of the turbos features a TD04 stainless steel exhaust housing with an 11-blade turbine wheel and 6+6 billet compressor wheel pattern. The center rotating bearing housing is designed to work with factory oil lines and coolant lines. The compressor housing is machined to accept the larger compressor wheel and to accommodate increased air flow. Note that this is not a hybrid turbo where factory-sized housings and shaft are used with larger compressor and turbine wheels.

All the components, including the internals, in these turbos are upgraded and larger than factory, while still maintaining the factory bolt-on characteristics.
No dynos are posted but pricing is competitive with the 15T at $1995, 16T at $2195, and 19T at $2995.

Fitment is for both RHD and LHD models.

Compatible with all BMW N54 platforms**. Detailed list below:

      • 20062010 E90/E91/E92/E93 335i
      • 20072010 E60/E61 535i
      • 20072010 E82/E88 135i
      • 20082010 E71 X6 xDrive35i
      • 20092016 E89 Z4 sDrive35i
      • 20082012 F01 740i
      • 20112013 E92/E93 335is
      • 2011 E82 1 Series M Coupe
      • 20112016 E89 Z4 sDrive35is

      * NOTE: THE 19T TURBOS REQUIRE 2-INCH INLET PIPES OR HOSE UPGRADES TO CATER TO THE INCREASED AIRFLOW CAPABILITIES. THE STOCK INLET PIPE WILL NOT WORK WITH THE 19T TURBO.

Is this too little, too late or a new competitor which will gain a foothold in an extremely competitive market?

BimmerBoost looks forward to publishing results for those who choose to upgrade to these turbochargers.

SS exhaust manifolds look to be quite well flowing.

        Hope someone installs them.

Seen people mention these on FB groups for a while, never heard of anyone pushing their limits.

These are out of the box Zage offerings (aka GC' 1.0s).

Kind of misleading for them to say these are their ground up design then.

Well it is a ground up design, but from Zage, circa 2015. Last we heard Zage left off feeling all the "GC" failures were due to the 9 blade turbine, which is why they started putting the 11 blades in there- that is about the only change made since. Then when the "partnership" of Zage and VTT (for the USA market) came to an end a year or so ago, Zage went on to find other distributers for the USA.

Right but Tomioka implied they designed this so that's my issue.

Unless they are in direct affiliation with Zage, then they are just like all the rest of those who have resold these, to claim it is their own (of course) ground up design.

This guy is pretty competent and will document honestly what goes wrong with these, if anything. This is the reveal/unboxing post. Installation kit looks complete and evidently is included.

These are not the turbos being discussed in this thread and rather belongs in this thread:
        https://www.bimmerboost.com/showthre...s-Pure-Stage-2

PS: After watching the video it is clear the individual has little to no expertise in turbos, but can certainly regurgitate the spoof ad on Ebay.

Rob, thanks for the clarification as I am easily confused by the flood of Chinese crap turbos coming in.

        Sticky can move it, please?

They guy is strictly a DIY type and has done some pretty good things like building a M3 style gauge cluster for his (now updated LCI body work) pre LCI 335i. Also some weird stuff like a clip modification to his differential to invoke LSD properties and chemical and brush intake valve cleanings for which he gives appropriate precautions.

I think he should be competent enough for installation, so fit should be revealed.
