    • ESMotor develops ES750RS Porsche 991 Turbo upgrade kit based around 991.2 GT2 RS VTG turbochargers - 804 whp, 9.5@146 1/4 mile

Very cool work here from ESMotor for the Porsche 991.1 and 991.2 3.8 Turbo platform. You likely recall their ES850 kits which utilize Garrett GTX turbochargers and make well over 800 whp on the factory motor and transmission.

Well, the ES750RS kits also can top that 800 whp mark on the factory motor but do so utilizing Porsche 991.2 GT2 RS VTG turbo hardware.

The VTG's appear to spool slightly quicker and offer a bit more mid-range torque at the ~800 whp level but do not hold that torque to redline as well as the GTX's:

PorscheBoost assumes the rest of the kit hardware is very similar.

Does utilizing the VTG's drop the price of the kit considerably? You would have to ask @Emre@Esmotor as pricing was not released.

It certainly performs quite well with a 9.588 @ 146.51 in the 1/4 mile:

Actually price wise i think is the quite opposite! the GT2RS turbos are stupid expensive! I found them on one website for almost $15K!!! i guess the pricess to pay if you want big vtg turbos.

I am wondering if we can locate them directly from the turbo manufacturer. i have been told by people who had done this with the 997 GT2RS turbos that the cost saving can reach close to 50%. I think Borg Warner makes them...
