    • SRM (Silly Rabbit Motorsport) and CSF partnering on Audi 4.0 TFSI V8 upgraded intercooler/cooling solution

      The 4.0 TFSI twin turbo V8 is very capable but one of the main hurdles to the motor making big power when tuned is proper cooling. SRM (Silly Rabbit Motorsport) figured out a cooling solution and is partnering with CSF-Radiators (CSF-Cooling) to bring these cores to market.

        lol ok run something that depletes vs a full time zero maintenance solution

        yes i agree with using both....because you should always look to increase the cooling if you are increasing the heating.

        (1) WMI is very widely used so it's clearly not something with a heavy maintenance burden
        (2) OEMs are using WMI now, BMW and Porsche, so they clearly see the pros outweigh the cons

        even WMI on upgrade turbo + OEM coolers works perfect.

        I don't think you know the 4.0 TFSI platform. You're making blanket statements.

        +1 on the statement! I remember my rs7 running an event on a 95+ degree day being 3-4mph off my typical trap speeds. Even just a tune only car would benefit!!!

        Agreed. A2L is trash if you don't have an ice chiller IMO.

        Hopefully they're doing both the heat exchanger and intercooler, only doing the intercooler will be a waste.
