When you buy a supercharger for this car, most of the people want to look at the engine, and this foto looks like half made work. Just my view.
You think the entire supercharger needs to be redesigned so that a stupid little plastic piece can still fit over it ??? Are you insane ??

I really have no clue what you are talking about - but if you are saying that you would not buy the 3 liter blower because it won't fit under a small inconsequential plastic piece then you are more insane than I ever imagined. Your logic is so $#@!ed up it's unbelievable. So you will strap a massive aftermarket blower to your motor yet you are worried about a small OEM plastic piece ??? I can't even begin to describe how ridiculous that sounds.

Yes the Kleeman Kit in dollars amount is US$3000 more than Weistec dollars or for you 2200 euro more expensive. In my books that's a substantial difference.
anyway enjoy the kit, maybe post some pics of your car for us because you seem to be a perfectionist.

    Back to the start.
Weistec is a known brand in US, and are neerly not known in Europe, there are also few dealers here.
So Weistec are the leading brand in US for the Supercharger.
In EU it will be Kleemann.

    If it was so simple.
there are 10% EU tax one thing from US,
so normaly it is just to take the $ price to , so that is 12999 for stage 1 Weistec over here?

And my car is standard with just the superchargers, and i am not perfectionist.

Svp - taking you fully at your word, I think a slight language issue is the reason people are responding the way they are.

You are trying to compare the looks of a stage - 3 Weistec system to the looks of an entry level kleeman system. When my car was only making 700 HP to the rear wheels (far more than kleeman), it had the front engine cover on it that you feel is so important.

When I switched blower units to add the extra 150 to the wheels the larger unit meant getting rid of the stock intake system.

if you want to compare apples to apples you need to look at weistec's stage 1 with the cover to Kleeman. I would be happy to share my dyno slips and engine pictures with you if you wish but as my entry level system made far more than kleeman, the comparison would be on looks alone.

10592€ with the 10% tax plus the shipping. Stage 2 is same price.
Would be great to see some pics of your car.

I could have sworn Weistec had some big name European dealer network. Hmm... wonder what changed?

You are right about the language issue. But i dont want as many hp as possible. I want a car that i can drive every day, with the same linear power and torque as original, just 25% more, and it have to be TUV approved over here. That is the same Kleemann is trying, as i understand.

The Weistec stage 1 CARB approved which is equal to TUV, costs less money, retains the stock engine cover, and makes more HP. To me it is an easy decision.

I would like to see the dyno sheet if you have it not to get in an argument but to see the curves compared to the Weistec unit.

And I'm sure the car does drive fine - they stole the Weistec tune LOL.
If you search for "Kleemann M156" we come up fourth. Same thing for "Kleemann M156 supercharger" and 5th for "M156 supercharger" Click here to enlarge

For forced induction Mercedes searches, BenzBoost is usually in the top 5 if not 1 depending on keyword. I'm going to work much more on SEO this year as well.

As i told they have made 3 cars to try it on how it works.
A german sls, a c63 with headers and my e63.
The sls have 735 and lmited to 800 nm because af the gearbox.
My car is still under testing and improvement of the kit until March 1.
It is winter here, so it would still be in the garage.
Incidentally, I have not paid near the offered price, part of the agreement.
