Tks. I use a set of dot drag radials so should be fine. Do they VHF a lane for cars with slicks?

Ive cut a few 1.87s and 1.90s with them if you go to the track rarely they should be good yes. but I go a lot. I'm gonna go to drag radials soon I think

    I go a lot too. I've cut 1.8 on kook v12s. I have 19" wheels so I can't run drag radials.

I got 19"s and Michelin PSS 275/30/19 rear with no LSD. They hook real nice. I got a new set recently and only barely spin the tires in second. That being said after they age some I can get a little spin in third. They are an excellent tire though and I highly recommend it.

a 400+ whp mustang dyno car should trap 117+ even in fla heat... which would be 430-440 dynojet numbers...

i trapped 119.6 with meth FBO and 118 on map7 with no meth with e85 mix with 103 octane... in 60 degree weather..

your ET is very good though... Did you go back to the track yet?

Is there a formula to correlate what you make on a dyno in comparison to what you trap at the track? I was with him at PBIR last Wednesday where I trapped 118 and 119mph without meth as I am just curious, but to me it really doesn't feel like a 430whp dynojet car. I could be wrong on this but whatever, track results > dyno numbers lol.

    Here you go:

    http://www.dragtimes.com/horsepower-...calculator.php

Note: This will give you Flywheel HP, so just multiply it by 0.82.

AKA 18% drive train loss, typical, for RWHP

sounds reasonable. I'm going tonight. I got a few bugs out. 117 seems achievable. find out in 6 or so hours I say 12.1 @ 116.5+ let's see

FWIW ...thing to remember is I made 400whp on a 4th gr dyno pull. I have a stock intercooler. That means I'm losing some of that on the track Click here to enlarge

I don't understand... are you trying to argue the stock intercooler is good or what? I am not surprised by your time, but it also isn't 408whp on a normal mustang dyno. Click here to enlarge

thanks! best part was this was at a muscle car shoot out today with nothing but gt500s vettes 5.0s and Mopars, I was the only import so couldn't challenge only test/tune. my girl was in the stands and said people were laughing and snickering when I pulled up. When I stuck the launch, she said a ton of people stood up and watch with "wtf" expressions

Trap is still low IMO... stock intercooler isnt robbing you as much as you think it is either... 400+ mustang dyno car is trapping 116-119 in your weather...

can you post a slip so I can see what you are picking up in the second half? And maybe some logs...

I also forge, what fuel is being used here?
