Bummer this race isn't going to happen this weekend. Hopefully everyone stays safe and another Airstrip Event will be organized.

Dang. I'm sure it pains you to say that but at least you have been honest and up front about it. Secondly, you put your money down for a spot so that implies some personal accountability even if your shop of choice isn't able to reach the deadline. You have the patience of a lamb for sure as it would drive me bonkers!

Just got off the phone and the car won't be broken in in time and I'm not going to push it after waiting this long. So, if anyone wants my spot for the event PM me.

Ya it would be great for people to see it and whatnot but it's irrelevant, this isn't about Shiv. I'll bring the car to Sacramento ASAP so this "race" or whatever he wants can happen whenever or wherever he wants. I'm more concerned about the overall E9X and m3 record and raising the bar considerably as I did before.

And @Terry@BMS , I'm not shooting for deep 10's here.

    Sticky wants 9's.

For the simple fact that the m3 shares the DCT with the 335, I truly hope your transmission tuning and strengthening has gone well. I'm interested in the path you've paved in that regard.

It's not really a set number as much as seating the rings correctly and varying the rpm/load.

Since this thread is sort of about the airfield event I thought I'd share this update posted on e90. Wedge is stock turbos + flex fuel kit. Obviously videos are coming. Can't wait

Little update, Terry's 1 and wedge's 3 were neck and neck towards the end of two runs, but terry got him in both runs in the end, pretty good for a 335i on stock turbos and runflats against a slightly unweighted 1 with RBs
