" It's probably easier to get track numbers. Atco for instance is open 3 nights a week for TNT. No need to adjust tire pressure if you can drive. You can break a lot on a dyno as well. Less likely sure, but it happens. Forget launching, slip th clutch a little and launch. That will get you an ideal trap and you will know where you stand. Not to mention dynos have a lot of variables as do tracks, bu trap speeds ar 9/10 times more consistent between different tracks. More consistent than dynos I mean. Cheaper too. $70 vs $20. "

Yes, I am fairly certain. I hang around some very popular LSx forums and it's quite noticeable. I am talking bolt on vs stock and the stockers are still pulling the bolt on cars. I haven't cared to watch any dyno videos for more proof, but the videos I have seen with good drivers, the newer model always wins. Not to mention the track time differences. But, that's a whole different argument as there is a lot of suspension and tire differences.
