      Here is the official Mecedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series ordering guide obtained thanks to a BenzBoost member who wishes to remain anonymous. The order guide does not specify the exact MSRP for the SLS Black Series other than stating the price will be in the $2XX,XXX range. Basically, expect to pay above a quarter million for the car. Compared to the SL65 AMG Black Series pricing which was in the $320,000 range the SLS Black Series appears to be priced better and also happens to be a better sports car.

      The car will officially go on sale in August of 2013. There are only seven color choices and the special AMG Solarbeam Yellow runs an extra $14,000. Only two wheels choices available which are the same design but either in silver or black. Black costing an extra $1250.

      European SLS Black Series seats of course are not available in the USA, no surprise. A two tone interior option with deviated stitching is available but only with Red or Black Alcantara. A $6400 Bang and Olufsen sound system is optional and certainly not cheap.

      Carbon ceramic brakes are standard along with the aerodynamic package. Overall, this is the best Black Series ever and also not priced too badly when the standard SLS AMG base price is taken into account along with the SL65 Black Series which was in the $3XX,XXX dollar range. Well done Mercedes, very well done.

        Sticky, lol I sent this to you well over a week ago before it was released to the public, it has since been published on the PL. I was trying to hook you up with an exclusive but you just sat on it....Oh well. Mine will be Mars red with two tone interior and the black wheels, should be here in late August or early September I am being told.

        Base price with be $290,000ish plus guzzler I was told.

        They should have just written high 200's then but regardless still priced better (barely) than the SL65 Black Series for a better car IMO.

        No question about it being a better car than the SL BS, at least from a raw performance point of view.

        I did not know how time sensitive it was but knew it would be getting published and made public shortly as cars can officially be ordered on the Netstar system in the next week or so.

        beautiful and amazing performance, but man that's steep at over 300K all said and done. I'm sure they are all spoken for, that motor is possibly the best V8 ever made. You could get the new F12 for just a few thousand more.

        It's steep, but understandable. Black Series isn't for poor people. It's exclusive, as it should be. It's elite.
